David Leather is the Chief Operating Officer for Plusnet, he has spent almost 3 years with the company where he is responsible for all customer facing operations, customer insight and data analytics, and the transformation agenda for Plusnet. He has worked in the area of customer experience and customer management for the majority of his career, spending 10 years in various positions with BT and a brief stint as a Lecturer at the University of Essex.

David has an MSc in Information Technology gained at Loughborough University and holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. He hails originally from Whiston just outside of Liverpool, but now resides in Harrogate with his family.
